About Dennis Hill



“Engineers solve problems and make measurements."  The author, Dennis Hill, PhD, has been a computer scientist and engineer for more than 25 years, specializing in computer and network performance, information and e-commerce security, and ergonomic software product engineering.  As a professor and program director of computer science and engineering program, Hill trained hundreds of todays technology innovators/leaders, developed numerous computing laboratories, achieved program accreditation from ABET, and pioneered  applied research in systems performance, measurement and tuning.  In addition to consulting with leading organizations like Honeywell Federal Systems, Groupe Bull, the Nordic Group of Companies, Veterans Administration Hospitals and Research Service, and General Electric Medical Systems, Hill has served on the boards of several including systems integrator Artecon Inc (now called DotHill Inc NASDAQ: HILL), WebBlazers LLC, NetStream Inc, and the Education Foundation of Wauwatosa (WI).  Dr. Hill has published and presented more than two dozen technical papers and plenary sessions, including COMDEX and the Computer Security Institute where he gave CSI's first lecture on Unix security.  Today, Hill applies performance measures to business modeling, strategic and tactical planning, management objectives, and corporate finance, in addition to technology acquisitions and strategic planning.  These days, Hill spends much of his time serving the Lord Jesus Christ as a teacher of Biblical studies to New Testament believers and as an urban evangelist, bringing the Gospel to those who suffer in the world and desire a sincere relationship with God.  You may easily reach him via email at (business)  promo@Sagacity-LLC.com or (ministry) InHisService@BoundlessPartners.org.
